Our knives are made in a small village near Thiers, Auvergne, France.

Blades have been tempered in this river for centuries. Our workshop is still located on its verge.

The materials are carefuly chosen. Most woods come from the surrounding forests.

Our craftmen work in a traditional way to produce authentic works of art.

Each knife is unique and takes advantage of the small specificities of each piece of wood, horn or metal.
